رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ يستقبل وفد الكنيسة الأرثوذكسية للتهنئة بعيد الاضحي المبارك

استقبل الدكتور عبد الرازق دسوقي، رئيس جامعة كفر الشيخ، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17/6/2025، وفد الكنيسة الأرثوذكسية برئاسة نيافة القمص بطرس بطرس بسطوروس، وكيل عام مطرانية كفرالشيخ ودمياط والبرارى ودير القديسة دميانة ورئيس بيت العائلة بكفرالشيخ، الذى هنأ جميع منتسبي جامعة كفر الشيخ بعيد الاضحي المبارك، داعيًا الله عز وجل أن يعيد على مصر وشعبها العظيم هذه الأيام بالخير واليمن والرخاء.
وخلال اللقاء تقدم وفد قيادات الكنسية بالتهنئة لرئيس الجامعة، بمناسبة عيد الاضحي المبارك، مؤكدين على أن شعب مصر دوما يتميز بالوحدة الوطنية الراسخة، وعمق المشاعر التي تجسد الروح المصرية السمحة التي يشهد التاريخ على تماسكها، ويدلل على ذلك مواجهة الصعاب والتحديات بروح المواطنة المصرية النقية من أي شوائب.
وأكد الوفد على أن أعياد المسلمين والمسيحيين هي أعياد لكل المصريين، وتأتي ترسيخاً للأخوة والمحبة والتعايش بين كافة أطياف المجتمع متمنيين لمصرنا الحبيبة أن تنعم بالأمن والأمان والاستقرار في ظل القيادة الحكيمة للسيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية.
ومن جانبه أعرب الدكتور عبد الرازق دسوقي، عن شكره وامتنانه لزيارة الإخوة الأقباط وتقديم التهنئة بمناسبة عيد الاضحي المبارك مؤكدا على أن الوحدة الوطنية هي مبادئ راسخة وخلق أصيل متجذر في وجدان الشعب المصري على مر العصور والأزمان، مشيرا إلى أهمية التكاتف والترابط بين نسيج الوطن الواحد في تحقيق التنمية وتقدم ورخاء مصرنا الحبيبة والوقوف صفا واحدا في مواجهة الإرهاب وأهل الشر، لافتا إلى أن هذه الروح الوطنية تجسدها قوة روابط المودة والمحبة التي تجمع بين المصريين فى أوقات الرخاء والشدة.

President of Kafrelsheikh University Receives Delegation from the Orthodox Church to Offer Eid al-Adha Greetings

Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University, received today, Tuesday, June 17, 2025, a delegation from the Orthodox Church led by His Eminence Father Boutros Boutros Bastawros, General Vicar of the Diocese of Kafrelsheikh, Damietta, and El-Barari, and the Monastery of Saint Demiana, as well as Head of the Family House in Kafrelsheikh. The delegation extended their heartfelt greetings to all members of the university on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, praying to Almighty God to return these blessed days upon Egypt and its great people with goodness, prosperity, and peace.

During the meeting, the church leaders expressed their sincere congratulations to the university president, emphasizing that the Egyptian people are always characterized by deep-rooted national unity and profound sentiments that reflect the gracious Egyptian spirit, which history attests to. They noted that such unity is evident in how the people face challenges and hardships with a spirit of pure patriotism, free of any divisions.

The delegation affirmed that the religious celebrations of both Muslims and Christians are shared occasions for all Egyptians, reinforcing values of brotherhood, love, and coexistence among all segments of society. They expressed their hope for Egypt to continue enjoying security, peace, and stability under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

For his part, Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky expressed his deep appreciation and gratitude for the visit and kind greetings from the Coptic brothers, affirming that national unity is a firmly established principle and a noble value deeply rooted in the conscience of the Egyptian people throughout history. He stressed the importance of solidarity and cohesion among the fabric of the nation to achieve development, progress, and prosperity for beloved Egypt, and to stand united in the face of terrorism and all evil forces. He concluded that this patriotic spirit is clearly manifested in the strong bonds of affection and love that unite Egyptians in times of both ease and adversity.
